Rosa Violetta has just bloomed in the greenhouse from the slip I took of my original one. This rose was introduced by Turbat of France in 1921 and is described as one of the best of the "blue" coloured roses.
We were sliding down hills. Today I took time to be out in the garden which is beginning to burst with new growth. The snow is gone, it seems overnight, and the plants are beginning to grow.
I started painting in 2003 and in 2012 began blogging and following the daily painting movement. I haven't kept up daily, but do painting most days. Most paintings are for sale. See the contact and sales page for more info. Thanks for visiting my blog. Sign up for updates by email.
